The goal was to create a brand that felt emotionally grounded, visually elevated, and deeply aligned with the relationship between people and their pets. Rather than positioning Voogd as a conventional pet product company, the brand was built around care, education, trust, and the everyday bond shared between animals and their owners.
A key part of the strategy focused on simplifying the overwhelming and often conflicting nature of pet care information online. The brand needed to feel knowledgeable and reassuring without becoming clinical or overly corporate. Education became a foundational part of the ecosystem, helping customers feel more confident in how they care for their animals while reinforcing the company’s broader mission around wellbeing, advocacy, and charitable giving.
The visual direction balanced warmth and softness with a refined, premium aesthetic that could scale across e-commerce, campaigns, educational content, and long-term product expansion.
